Blood and Marrow Transplant Program Support Services at University of Minnesota Medical Center

The BMT Program at University of Minnesota Medical Center uses a patient-family centered approach to care. You can expect only the best when it comes to meeting both your medical and non-medical needs.

Your BMT journey is a time of both great difficulty and hope. It is also a journey that takes some time. We recognize that you and your family will have many needs along the way. In addition to providing you with the highest quality medical care we offer a number of support services to make your journey a little easier.

You will have a social worker to help you navigate both the practical and emotional needs of your family. Our financial services team members are here to help you manage all the ins and outs of the finances around BMT. We also have pharmacy staff who can help you understand all the medicines and medicine schedules that you will face day to day. And there are many others who are here to help support you along the way.

This section will introduce you to all the support services available to you during your BMT journey.
